Can’t pass Apex legends training.

I can’t pass the Apex legends training on my switch lite as it won’t let me sprint. I have tried everything and every button not sure what else to do

    Are you playing with a custom control layout, or is it just set to the default controls?

    Would it be possible to share a video clip of what you're seeing in-game when you're trying to sprint? That might help us get a better picture of what's happening.
