Can I appeal against the ban after being stolen?
If my account is blocked due to hacker intrusion, can I lift it through appeal? Is this correct?

I would like to ask if the ban caused by the cheating of the person who stole the account can be overturned. I have evidence that my account was logged in from another place on the same day. That's not a message I've seen before so I assume it means it needs to be translated.
Have you already submitted 3 disputes and had them declined?
