EA, I lost all of my items when I swapped microsoft accounts (yes i did swap the link to the new account) It said I would lose all puchases, cosmetics, etc. because it was linked to my ea account and i understood that but when I logged into apex NOTHING was there and I'm kinda mad about it and either want it back or compensation for the matter

Unfortunately, as the disclaimer you got said, unlinking accounts causes you to lose all purchases, cosmetics, and progress on the unlinked account. You can try linking it back, but there's no guarantee that everything will be restored. That's why it's so important to be sure you understand the risks before you unlink, and why we share the disclaimer first.

@EA_Queebee I thought it said that "all data will be lost from the unlinked account" because it was linked to the ea account if its not linked to the ea account where is it?

hi i am writing here because i too have lost all of my skins, camos, everything on my account accept the season 2 badges and above, i was hoping that someone would be able to help me and get me some of my hard worked for skins camos and ect back.

Good day, I also have this issue. OP said they switched Microsoft (assuming Xbox accounts) and lost everything. I switched EA accounts and lost everything. Is there any way to get the stuff back?

I just logged in on apex after couple of weeks and I see I been unlinked to my account and I have to make a new one but when I logged In I had everything like my badges and kills but not my skins and camos and I spent over 600 on the game so can someone reach out to me and help me please.

@Antodv if you have read and tried @EA_QueenBee advice and nothing has worked, then you would need to open a case with EA help.

Hi, also I'm having problems too. I can't access by loadout, skins, and legends also my stuff to buy things say -9999. Is there any way to fix this. Please Help
