Cannot unlink EA account

Good afternoon,

My EA case Case #221212588 has been marked resolved but I still have my Playstation account linked to my ea. Ive put in SEVERAL case tickets to have this taken care of. I have $hundreds of dollars and time spent on Apex Legends. My time is over 2000 hours on Apex according to playstation. But all of stats are reset and my stuff are gone. I suspect I never had an ea account linked and Iinked it to my latest personal email, forgetting I had another one. This is really troublesome. Is their anyone at EA or Respawn that could actually resolve this for me. Thank you. I suspect my yahoo email is the email with all my account data instead my current active gmail email.

    Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. 

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. That may be what happened here if there was a different email used initially.

    I'm afraid we are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums. I see you've mentioned doing this multiple times already, but in this case it would be best to reach back out to support to see if they're able to help locate or verify the previous EA account/email that your PlayStation account was linked with originally.

    Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately you’re the only person that has replied to me. Every case I open is closed with zero email or interaction their part. I’ll keep trying but with the months passing it doesn’t seem like I’ll make progress. Again thanks for the reply
