Can't accept invites / join games or be joined [PC]
I can't accept invites or join games or be joined. When I get an invitation and click on join nothing happens and the prompt disappears. [PC]

Exactly the same issue here, it used to work fine up until the new season launched. I have cleared the Origin cache folder but that hasn't solved anything.

We've been tracking the issues with sending or accepting invites following a round. The team is currently investigating that. In the meantime we've heard that adding someone to your friends list before sending the invite is a workaround.
If you're not able to send an invite to someone who is already on your friends list that might be a different issue. When you've got a chance I'd recommend running through some connection troubleshooting to see if that helps at all. The best place to start would be the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help site. If you're still having trouble after that check out the PC-specific steps as well.
