I don’t believe there is a fix yet. This seems to be completely on their side, so nothing we can do on our side.
@itsabulebehNo they haven't and everything I ask (which is now Dailey) they say to be patient and they understand its Frustrating
All about the money. They have that now, so who cares if the game is playable? Right? It's only a major part of the game, yknow, accessing the content of it.
Don't expect a fix. My account has been this way for a long time now, and EA help provides nothing. 1 response every 24 hours (if you can get the EA help site to co-operate at all) and a different person each time. Never going to get solved.
If you don’t mind me asking, what is “a long time?”

This is really annoying. Now that I see people have been having to deal with this since match is not okay. That means I'll be waiting for a bit….
just got a brand new PS5, launched apex since it was one of the games I could "upgrade", and I'm also getting this issue, and seeing people having this issue for almost a year now sucks, and they aren't doing anything about it.

Hey folks,
We're currently investigating this issue that has resurfaced for some after a separate instance of it was resolved earlier in the year.
Please take a look at the bug report post here and give that troubleshooting step a try to see if it helps out in this case.
