this is also happening to me on my PC using Steam. I've
- Cleared Cache on my computer
- uninstalled and installed the game
- restarted my router
- repaired files for the game then cleared the cache
- restarted my computer
- changed my DC
- Changed my password to steam
This has been an issue since Tuesday this week
Error message is
"Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information" however this does not make sense because my internet is working fine and I have not changed any settings on the computer, my anti virus, or the game itself to restrict access to the internet.
Please all of you look up your account in EA website and look in history of ban for you account, if you have the problem as me and other over 15 cases i could confirm you should have a ban the 27 OCT 2023 between 10pm to 12pm... If that's the case then your are not alone and it's a bug.
