Can't log in to PS account

I wanted to link my playstation account to my EA log in. Though I am unable to because EA made an EA account with a fake email address that is now tied to my account, which I can't even play on because I can not access a fake email address.. I would really like to have all the stuff I spent time and money obtaining, so if I could receive some assistance with this issue and have it solved WITHOUT me losing all of my stuff, That would be really cool.
