Can't recieve heirloom shards through 500 after lock ACE heirloom

I want to ask for a heirloom count question.

In case you felt confused,I need to clarify I come from Chinese communtiy so I'm here to be a representative.

My friend told me he already opened almost 280+-packs and he just opened more 250 packs today,but he haven't received any heirloom shards.

He told me his other friends encountered a similar situation.

Maybe one of them just made a mistake on his count,but I can't believe every players in this sitution just got forgotten their count.

We will be appreciated if you can offer any way to check number of boxes which already opened,

    I am also a victim of this problem.Before unlocking the two-year debris,I've opened 400 packs.Then I opened another 120 packs, but I didn't get the heirloom.Four days have passed since the discovery of this problem.But I don't see any positive response.I feel sad and angry when I saw in the last question EA KENT said there were no bugs.Is it hard to verify this bug？In fact, in front of your eyes, the player opened more than 500 combination packages to get the heirloom.Please don't use the words of the past.This is a very serious and unprecedented issue. For players,It's a waste of a lot of money！！！This bug is stealing from players！！！Please verify the bug and give us a statement.

    I am a Chinese player，You Keep talking The progress of 500 boxes has not been reset。It's humiliating deception！In Chinese post，There are already super many players responding to this problem，Can you show the number of boxes we have opened in the game?

    @NiokRTszeroFockwe know brother.. now all we need is to get an official indepth investigation on this so that we can get a freakin' official dev reply which we are all waiting for!!! ☹️

    Hi apex, It has come to my notice that I have spend over 500 dollors on apex pack but I have still not gotten a heirloom but my friend that is level 99 got one and I'm confused on why he got one before I did. Thabk you if you read this and give me a heirloom.

    1. I Got Three heirlooms shards on level 100 and level 200 and l'm on level 500 right now and I can't get any heirloom shards from the apex packs ! ! I need heirlooms shards right now plz mate ! !
