@EA_FieryHelios What about those of us that had our accounts hacked? Mine was hacked while I had my computer in storage for half a year. During that time my account was banned from PvP in Apex. I've tried creating a case, which was declined. I created another one, yet I know I could get penalized for "harrassing". So what am I supposed to do? And if my non-updated PC has some hardware that is causing this issue, would it be resolved when that hardware was replaced? Or am I just permabanned?

We are unable to assist with account issues or actions on Answers HQ. You will need to reach out to an Advisor to have this looked into.

- 4 years ago@EA_FieryHelios I wasn't expecting to get the issue resolved here. I was just trying to ask for advice. I'm simply getting told that I cheated (which I didn't), and my ban is permanent. I don't know how to get around that, nor do I know how to reach an Advisor. There's this, and the cases I've already submitted and had declined.
