I encountered the same problem as you in seasons 25 and 26. I tried everything I could think of——reinstalling the game, reinstalling drivers, reinstalling the operating system, changing networks, changing computers, etc. But nothing worked. I also contacted EA Help, but they didn't provide a helpful answer. Finally, I discovered that only my game account had this problem; other accounts didn't have this issue. I remember seeing someone mention this in a community discussion; their point was that your Apex Legends account data might have some anomalies in the background system, causing your connection to the game server to be identified as DDoS or other abnormal data, thus being denied access.
For me, the problem disappeared on its own after the next game update, but until there's a truly reliable solution, I suggest you don't try too many things. According to discussions with other players in the community, EAC's current judgment logic is flawed. The network connection you're experiencing might be mistakenly interpreted by EAC as an attack on the game server, leading to a cheating penalty and a ban. The veracity of this claim is debatable, but some players have indeed become victims of this situation (I might be one too), and I don't want you to be the next innocent victim.
