Cross progression Issues - Please help :(

Good day legends,
I have trouble with cross-progression on my Apex Legends account. 

I know when Cross Progression was released, it was not received by everyone, that is my case. I received it around 3 weeks ago that Apex has had troubles with users' accounts globally. When the accounts were "resetting" their progress, I received the cross-progression option, I accepted it and my PC progression was synchronized with my PS4 progression (I don't
have access to my PS4 around 2 years ago, which is why I was waiting for cross-progression)

And all was ok, I had all my skins(PC and PS) my crafting material and Apex coins, but suddenly two days later, I opened the game and I only had my PC progression again ☹️


I linked my PlayStation account before Cross Progression was announced I think, it is linked with the correct EA account (I play in Steam)

I have talked with EA support, and someone from support emailed me telling me that the issue was fixed but that was not true.

Do you have any suggestions about what can I do to get my PS4 progress back again?

PD: I attached some screenshots that I took when I was receiving cross-progression on 04/02/2024, and as I said, was working as a charm.

    I just had a chance to check back over the account to see what may have happened here, and we may have an option.

    Just as a quick reminder, it looks like your PSN was not originally linked to this EA account when Cross Progression first took place back in November, as discussed with support previously.

    It was received by everyone by that point, your PSN just was not connected to the account so it had missed out.

    Regarding our options moving forward, please check your DMs here in the top-right corner of AHQ as this will get into some additional details we'll need to confirm that are best done via DM rather than in public, thanks! 🙂
