Cross progression issues

I just came back to Apex from being away for 10 seasons. I apparently had my PlayStation account linked to my sons EA account he used for his Switch (this was before cross progression was even added), I just unlinked it today and linked it to my PC EA account. I had a prompt directly from the EA app not in-game, about choosing saved data from different dates, one from today's date 1/27/25. and the other was from May of 2022, which is the year I switched from console to PC. I loaded the game up and it didn't do anything. Did I lose everything? Is there a way to fix it? please help.

Hey Mellaaee,

All of your progress is save don the EA account level. By unlinking your PlayStation, all of your progress was left behind on its original EA account, which is why none of it carried over to the new one. Unfortunately there's no way to transfer your progress from one EA account to the other.
