Did you unlink your PS4 Account from a different EA Account?
Did you receive the prompt from the main menu before logging into the Lobby on Apex Legends? Yes i unlinked it from a other ea account and linked it to my main.
And yes i got the pop up before i went to the lobby

Unlinking any platform account from a different EA Profile can result to progression loss since the profile holds saved data that has your progression in your platform account.
In this case, cross progression would not take affect in this matter since you have 2 different EA Accounts. If they were both linked under the same EA Profile before, then your accounts would be eligible to merge. So what now?

If you received the prompt already and nothing has happened, you may be one of the few players who are under going certain issues with cross progression.
You just won't receive any progress from your PlayStation account (since you unlinked it from a different EA Account) to you main platform since they weren't originally under the same EA Profile.
The Dev Team is aware of the situation if you're having problems with merging your account.
