Cross proregression not working correctly

When I merged my Xbox account to my steam account all of my skins on from my Xbox account are now gone. When I checked on my Xbox I didn't have any of my previous Xbox skins, only the skins from my steam account.

  • Hey @Yuxx96,

It sounds like you had unlinked your Xbox account from one EA account and linked it to a separate EA account, is that right?

If that's the case, this is indeed working correctly.

Cross Progression allows you to access the content on one EA account with all platforms linked to that same account. This is why you're able to see your Steam content on your Xbox now.

There is not a way to transfer or merge content across multiple EA accounts, so your Xbox content is still back on the previous EA account.

If you're wanting to regain access to that Xbox content, you'd need to re-link the Xbox account to that original EA account instead. Unfortunately there will not be a way to combine your Steam and Xbox progress if they were on separate EA accounts.
