datacenter button missing

Hi

I saw the option once, on the first page the game opens up with before connecting, you could change the datacenter to a different region away from US West. Please help me change as im from South Africa and have almost 400 ping to US West.

    After waiting for one minute, press the button for Accessibility Options, and then the prompt to change the Data Center should appear. Hope that helps!
