Can I get my money back at least I spent 20 on coins for season 9 battle pass and now I didn’t get coins but it charged me!
@CrypticCrown @MrFireKiller If you were double charged for the BP, the root issue should now be resolved. please reach out to an advisor for the extra 950 coins that were taken out.
EA Staff (Retired)@CrypticCrown Sometimes purchases can take a moment to go through, Currently we are aware of server issues leading to connectivity problems. This may be connected, I would recommend following our post here about it. Once everything is running as intended can you check if you have the BP after restarting?
Now it gave my coins but when I bought the battle pass for 950 it took 1900 away acting as if I had bought two battle passes and still didn’t give me the first one lmao this game is bugging atm
Im also having the same problem. I spent $20 didnt get the coins at first then when they showed up i bought the battle pass but nothing happened so I tried to buy again and it worked but I suddenly only had 250 coins. I just want the other 950 coins back.

I spent $12 on a 1000 apex coins & didn’t get any but I got charged.
How to you reach out to an advisor I’ve been trying this for three day and I have the same problem @EA_Illium
I bought 20$ of coins and never got them I also have proof of purchase
