Disconnected before any ranked game : "code:tap"

Hello,

I'm unable to play Ranked for weeks : I'm getting disconnected just when the lobby launches.

I had no issue before i reached "plat 1", and now cannot play a single game, alone or with friends.

All other game modes are working well, only rank is broken and it seems that only a few people have this problem.

I don't know what to do and it is really really frustrating considering I only play rank, and I will not be able to reach Diamond this split because of this bug.

Please do something about it or give me some tips on how i could fix this problem.

    @JeanPaul_Godtier It’s so frustrating when I sit and try everything even reinstalling the game I’m missing out on so much rp I hit diamond and my game just keeps saying code tap help please

    I am running on windows 10 this issue only started when i hit diamond 4

    I am running on windows 10 this issue only started when i hit diamond 4,too.  And I tried to change the server or reinstall the game,  it didn't work.

    I'm on PS5 also having the same issue ever since I reached D2. Can't get into any ranked game now literally making the game unplayable

    Well, i'm now 100pts away from D4 but cannot play a single game because i suppose I now match with "diamond lobbies" wich doesn't work. Nice.

    I'm having this issue on PS4 can't play a ranked match Diamond 4 without getting disconnected.
