EA Ban - trying to get some answers

Hi everyone, I've been banned in August 2023 without any clear motive. I tried to get a motive from EA and I keep getting denied any precise answers. Support is clearly either not reading my em...

It's exactly what i was saying, they DO NOT read your messages.

I explained that the TOS team just decided to NOT BE ANSWERING so i got no other way around it ...

When i first got banned no REAL motive was given other than "

I'm here to get answers FROM HUMANS.

As all the answers i'm getting are from robots.

I just want the motive for my ban, I don't even hope to be unbaned anymore as I know it would take a miracle to even be able to reach a human and have an actual answer.
