Ea help

Hello! Does anybody knows how much days should I wait for a problem that can be resolved in some hours but I get to wait for almost 2 weeks and still nothing?

    @EA_Rtas Hey , I want to link my account to a new PSN and I’m waiting for almost 2 weeks and still nothing

    @marioggttt Thanks for getting back to me!

    So you can follow the steps here for how to link a platform account to your EA account: Link your console accounts 

    There are some restrictions, only 1 EA account can be linked to a console account, That means if you unlink an Playstation ID from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Playstation ID to it in the future.

    @marioggttt If you have already made a case through EA Help you may just have to wait for a response I'm afraid as we aren't able to help with account related issues here on the forums.

    You should be able to resume your case to contact support again for an update.
