Same problem! Also on Windows 7.
Updated yesterday Apex to the new Season 17
"Error - There is a problem with your game’s setup. Please reinstall your game."
Install all the new version of VirtualC+++ and DirectX
But still can't work
Hope EA can fix it ASAP.
