Error apex player data won’t update ps4
This keeps showing up it works on my other account on ps4 but not on my account

- Server error attempting to update player dayta version (number) to current version (number) loaded all datadefversion(number)to upgrade current version (number) but player data length doesn’t match old datadef(number).
What should I do please help someone this is what the error says on ps4 - I'm also having this problem on Xbox. I think it's being swept under the rug.
also having this problem on ps4 I tried deleting everything and reinstalling it did not work including save data and cloud save data
I've had this problem for 2 days now and just managed to fix it.
If you go to Settings then Application Saved Data Management, Saved Data in System Storage, Delete. Then delete your apex legends data it should work.
Fingers crossed for you, it worked for me.
EA Support need to up their game as well, as this is quite a simple fix and the gent I spoke to didn't have a clue, just gave me loads of generic test to do.

Thank you for the quick fix. Worked right away. No need to re install game guys just delete the cash and it will auto update when you open
