fauls banned

As a dedicated player since the very first day Apex Legends came out, I have spent years progressing in the game through my own effort and hard work. I have never cheated or used any third-party programs. My focus has always been on learning and mastering the game's mechanics the legitimate way.
Two days prior to being banned, my account was hacked and EA's own support team helped me get it back. I am certain that the hacker was responsible for the behavior that led to the ban, not me. I have always followed the rules and respect the game's integrity. For example, to improve my performance legitimately, I purchased a rapid-trigger keyboard to help with movement techniques like supergliding, which I practiced until I could do it consistently.
I understand that I previously used an inappropriate name that violated the rules, and I apologize for that mistake. However, this more recent and serious violation was the result of a compromised account. Since EA support assisted me in recovering my account, they should have a record of this security breach. I believe the ban was a mistake and I ask that you please review my case with all this information in mind
