False banned on platforms I never touched

I’m a PlayStation player with the PSN Zoyvy. I have an xbox account for when I go on vacation but use it once and a blue moon. I never owned a PC or touched PC apex legends in my life I’ve been a console for years. I was banned on PC for enhanced software on pc yesterday and I never ever played on the platform. Please please I need someone to review this properly. I have over 1k plus hours and thousands of dollars put into this game and account the appeal system is not working and I just need a real person to look. I have never and will never cheat I’ve been playing for 5 plus years.

Unfortunately we can't look into bans here on the forums, but if you raise a dispute with our terms of service team, they'll be able to take a look into this for you.

Vuggernaut An EA Account is required to play Apex on any platform, so with that being said, it sounds like your EA Account may had been hacked and then used to cheat on PC.

As such, I recommend recovering your EA Account before making another appeal:

Btw I was getting bot responses since my first appeal this system is flawed and it makes me so angry I did nothing and im being punished. If anyone looked at my IP they would see 1 device that plays apex. There isn’t even a computer in my house or an Xbox this is so terrible I need real help from an actual human not a bot response or AI. The terms and conditions service team has done nothing 6 times now. THIS ISNT SOLVED REMOVE THAT. What is going on this can’t be real. Zoyvy on PSN is my account I have xbox linked from a vacation what is the issue I need to have my account properly reviewed and fixed. This is not solved

I’ve made now 5 appeals ask for IP checks and I got a permanent ban. I don’t own a PC how am I banned on ea for cheating on a platform I do not own. I have 1 gaming device and that’s a PS5 i dont know how appeals are reviewed but mine isn’t getting looked at correctly. This is beyond insane and ridiculous.
