Also, I turned vram to 4gb even tho I have an rx570 8gb so that might be something to try too.

Given I only have 4 cores I'm pretty sure it won't work.
I'd also refrain from putting *actually works* in the title until you've tested things for a few days because otherwise we get the same as the last 46 "fixes" that did nothing.
