Game auto alt-tabing

Everytime i launch the game it automatically starts alt-tabing (and the game keeps running in the background). Tried verifying the game's data but it keeps doing the same thing. HELP

    I've had this issue before with the Source Engine. In my case it was antivirus software minimizing Team Fortress 2.

    Try a clean boot to see if the problem goes away. If it does, some background process is messing with the game.

    Hey @DissAeon, do you have any controllers or peripherals that are connected to the PC when trying to play?
