I have this exact same thing, and EA support (with respect) after trying to help me said the same thing (to contact microsoft), which I did as they asked and then still had the problem and came back to EA support which said "we did all we could do."
I have tried, reinstalling C++ visuals, reinstalling directx, reinstalling apex, validating apex, validating origin, reinstalling origin, reinstalling apex on steam, validating apex on steam, deleting profile.cfg, clearing the origin cache, repairing windows 10, reinstalling windows 10, Cleanly reinstalling drivers, disabling all services....
The list goes on and theres no crash dump. If anyone finds a fix please share. No hardware changed for me nor software. This only started happening in Season 7.
