Game Logic Error with new update

Hello, since the update I get over and over again an error when trying to get into the lobby when I start the game. It says:

There was an error processing game logic. Please try again.

sh_items.gnut # 773 [Ui] Index "49" is beyond array size of 0

Please help, I deleted my saved files and power cycles my console multiple times. I play on Xbox One X.

So after updating apex recently today I tried to get on. 6 times in a row it gave me "unable to process game logic" @respawn, maybe fix the bugs, glitches and technical support issues before just adding new characters, new maps, and new items into the game because now you have one less fan. FIX THE DAMN GAME.

First day playing since since the Chaos Theory collection event released. I’ve logged into the game multiple times and keep receiving the same error code: sh_items.gnut #773 [UI] Index “49” is beyond array size of 0”. I have never had issues with the game before and very much enjoy my Apex experience when I play. I would love to return to that. Thank you.

It seems that a restart helps most players logging in.

But you can also power-cycle the set up:
- To power cycle the console you turn it off and unplug its power cable from the back for 2 minutes.
- To power cycle the modem/router you turn it off and unplug its power cable from the back for 1 minute.

And check if this error stops if you select another data center, try as many as you can.

I'm also having this problem on PS4.

This might help with you issues. Basically delete the save data for this game. Just beware that this will reset all your game settings.
