It seems that a restart helps most players logging in.
But you can also power-cycle the set up:
- To power cycle the console you turn it off and unplug its power cable from the back for 2 minutes.
- To power cycle the modem/router you turn it off and unplug its power cable from the back for 1 minute.
And check if this error stops if you select another data center, try as many as you can.
