hacked account - still no assist

My main account which I bought multiple season passes and plenty of boxes on was hacked in July. I tried multiple times to restore it, but customer care just kept saying without the email, they can't find my account.. need to add 'previous aliases' like steam has .. maybe for the backend only.. 👍

This is complete bs. I pay for merchandise season after season and they can't restore my account because I don't know the email? I gave them invoices today from my bank for battle passes and packs, and they told me it was for this account which has never had a paid battle pass. They're really kind but they'll do anything over there to get out of a big problem. Sounds like they need some extra training or the guidelines are rigid. Now have 5 closed cases on this.. my own damn fault I didn't write down the email or something but you don't expect to log in one day and have your acct be locked out.

I signed that account up with a burner email and always logged in with the ID. No clue what email it might be. Someone else logs in one time and changes the name once and keeps my account forever?
