I just got a new PC, I haven't played Apex in almost three years due to my Xbox breaking. I have had my EA account and Xbox account linked for a while I believe, and I can't seem to get the progress from my Xbox account on to my PC account, I tried doing the troubleshooting and I have or had done everything already. This was my last resort to attempt to get my progress back.
The EA account was actually made for my Xbox account, so I don't think that's the problem. I've had the account since 2011, and I only have one EA account. I used the same account for all of my EA games such as pvz2 and the madden games. I went and re-read a few things, and I realized that cross progression was released during season 19 which was after my Xbox broke, would I have needed to play on my Xbox account after season 19 to be eligible for cross-progression?

were the accounts linked when you were last playing on Xbox three years ago? If you unlinked the Xbox account after in order to link it to the same EA account that you use for your PC progress, then the Xbox progress wouldn't have transferred over, as progress and items are linked to the EA account and not the platform account. There is no way to merge two account progresses if they were played on different EA accounts.
