Heirloom shards

Hi, I have been playing Apex for months now and am at a decent level (164), but still haven't haven't received any heirloom shards. Is this normal? Feel like I should have at least one heirloom by ...

This is completely normal heirloom shards are supposed to be very rare (0.01% drop rate) and have a 1 in 500 chance to drop from an apex pack. I'm like level 300 and haven't gotten any heirloom shards so they're pretty rare.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@TriggerWordz rare indeed been playing 2 yrs lvl 1200 odd and still no heirloom shards or whatever
