Horrible Lag
This game lags so bad for me I can’t see what I’m even shooting at. I have played so many other games and had zero issues connecting to online games. My WiFi connection is great, Xbox even says so. M...
Hi @Rossaraus.
Have you had a chance to try changing to a different DNS to see if that helps at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this.
To change the DNS on your Xbox follow the steps below:
1. Open your Xbox Settings and select Network
2. Select Advanced Settings
3. Choose DNS Settings and select Manual
4. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different public DNS you would prefer using that's OK as well.
Let me know how that goes once you've been able to try it out. Thanks!

This did not fix the issue either again still lagging and is only happening with Apex legends this is getting ridiculous and I have put way to much money into this game to keep having these issues
Thanks for giving that a shot as well.
Do you have access to a PC on the same network that your Xbox is using? If so, can you try running a UO Trace when you have the chance? That will give us a look at the connection between your device and the servers, so if there's something happening in between we should be able to spot it.
For more info on how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Once you have the results please send them to me in a direct message. Thanks!

If you live far from the servers, you're in a remote location, then you're going to have Lag, because of the many Hops you have to take to get to the servers.
EA, that is the first question you should be asking people for, where they are located!
I live 3000 miles away from servers, and of course I have a somewhat high ping, 80-90ms.
Bottom Line: If you live far, you're going to lag, that's all there is to it, of course gaming over WiFi is not good!
