How do I contact someone at EA who can actually help me?
I understand this may not be the proper place for this, but I've followed all the proper channels and I am at a dead-end, so I'm hoping someone might see this and help a guy out.
A fully detailed explanation is in the link below, but here is a brief summary:
For the last 6-8 months, Apex will completely freeze just before reaching the character select screen (In Ranked). Eventually the screen goes black, but I can can still see the network status (ping, lost packets, frame rate, etc..), and I can still communicate with my teammates, even when the screen is black. This has been going on for 4-6 months, but I've been dealing with it as I could reconnect. Starting this season, though, I am no longer able to reconnect to the game, so I lose RP and I get a 10 minute ban. The odd thing is, is my teammates tell me I'm still showing as being in their game, just disconnected. Not only am I NOT in their game, but when the game reloads, it puts me back in their party, but at the lobby. I've lost nearly 2K RP this season. I began creating a log each time at happened with the exact time and date that it occurred. After realizing I didn't create a "case", I copied all the information into a case and waited. Today I get a response from someone and let me tell you, not only is it a copy and a paste, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with my issue.
