How do I explain I got falsely banned on Apex Legends

Question

I didn't know how else to word the title, but a while ago I got banned from my apex legends account, I sent in a support ticket asking why, because I haven't done anything against the rules. Two hours after I sent that in I got an email saying I caught cheating, I went to update my case showing the email, still stating that I have not cheated, and wanted to know how I could prove it, or get it removed. After a day and a half, a friend of mine saw my origin account logging onto apex legends, but in Korean servers. I would like to state I'm in the US and play on US servers. It's now been 3 days since I've heard from EA and id like to know what I should do about this.

@xlittlemacaroni 3 days pfss. im trying to reach them for 10 days. me and lots of player get client ban. if you not apex for a while and try to play again on steam it bans you but not like a cheat ban you can enter training even fire range but not to a match it says " this client account has banned : banned " stupid company still waiting for them to do 2 second job

a lot of people are having this issue right now but ive yet to see anyone get a reply from EA about it.

Ive been waiting 7 days for mine after being banned for cheating in a 12 hour span where I wasn't even playing the game. Right after buying the battlepass because I just never learn nto to give this company my money.

So far I have submitted screenshots of my stats (Theyre really bad, definitely not the stats of someone who cheats lol) and told them I wasn't playing at the time. I can provide names of those I play with who can also vouch for me that I dont cheat.

Best case scenario is theyre gathering a casefile themselves to see whats happening to all these people being falsely banned.

did you resolve your problem? cos i am having the exact same problem banned for cheating but i wasnt even on last 2 days. also, i never cheat on any game and do not know what to do against that. I just purchased battle pass and had alot of skins on my account. I also play it on steam, i do not think i got hacked or sthg cos my steam acc is perfectly safe or idk how it works.

I'm facing the same issue, i don't know how their algorithm works but its really frustrating, i spent like 400+ hours in this game without any cheating or something because games are supposed to be for fun and i was just enjoying my free time in this, but the day it happened, it's so frustrating man! many were banned but they got unbanned too, why not me!!!!!!&nbsp;@EA_Barry&nbsp;
