How to get more details about banned account?

Hey,

I've been falsely banned yesterday (haven't played for a while now but was able to come in yesterday) and I appealed my ban. EA responded that I might've been performing one of 3 actions that break their ToS. I'm pretty sure I haven't performed any of the 3 actions mentioned in their respond. I'm pretty sure appealing again will result in the same automated message, is there any way I could get the exact details about my ban? I want to know what they got against me because I'm pretty sure I've done nothing wrong or at least IF I truly did, I need to know what it is so I don't perform it again. (Current respond included that I might've been using cheats or exploiting bugs).

    I'm afraid that account bans are not something that we can help with here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team will need to review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. 

    You can find more info on how to reach out to them over at the EA Help website. They will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

    @DrOctraine You can contest the ban but chances are it will remain banned as they either have evidence of it logged in their system which can log everything from in game voice chat typed messages etc. So chances are you may have done something said something that was out of line can be quite high if not using cheats.

    I didn't get it completely, how do I contest a ban? And If they have logs of everything then It should be easy to tell what wrong I did, right? I need to know what I did so I don't do it again because I clearly have no F'ing clue what I did. Other than that, I want my account un-banned if it actually was falsely banned. So, could you please elaborate on how to contest a ban?

    my account was banned because I used my moms credit card and she was not familiar with the name origin so she thought she was being hacked but it was just me also she let me use the credit card and last she contacted her bank to have the issue resolved and the bank said that they were in progress to contacting the company do you think that my ban will be appealed also my user name is krypticsocrazy on pc and on origin

    Hey @krypticsocrazy. 

    I'm afraid we wouldn't have any visibility into from our side. If you haven't already done so, I think it would still be a good idea to get in touch with the Terms of Service team so they can review your account as well. 

    You should be able to set up a case with them using the link that was posted above.
