I cant play game on ps

I just downloaded the game. A QR code and password renewal appeared on the screen. Even though I renewed my password, I cannot enter the game or play the game. I also created an account but the game still does not open. My previous account was linked to my PSN account, this may be the reason, how can I solve my problem?
