I got demote from platinum to silver
Hey guy's !
I've got big issues with the Ranked mode.
I log in one day to play and could'nt access the ranked league. I come back a few minutes later and I could play ranked BUT my level was silver 1 instead of platinum 3. I lost 3010 rp !!! I play fair, no rage quit so I don't get it. It's the second time that this happens. Didn't post the first time but this time it pissed me off !
How can this bug be fixed ? and how can I claim back my rank, please ?
Is this due to a hack or just a bug ?

@themistercue2 it was a season split yesterday. everybody got demoted....like every split.
