I have 2 weird issues i need ACTUAL help with, Please!

Ok so my situation is annoyingly weird. let me attach an image to make things easier to understand, so i am on Fiber optics as you can see the ping in main menu but as soon as i get into the lobby the ping goes bonkers, and when i get into the actual gameplay there is another different story, so the ping during the game would be let say 20 but when i'll press escape it'll show 60-70 ping. which shows that THERE IS ACTUALLY something wrong with the servers i am getting connected to and this has been going on since 2nd split of season 15, imagine how much apex i've missed man.

So let me explain, i have no idea since when but most probably since the ping issue started happening my movement has also been affect by it. Now i understand how aim assist works as i am DAY ONE player, but this SEEMS COMPLETELY broken to me. this clip is of firing range and i am unable to rotate 360 without been pulled towards an enemy, and when i get into an actual match, Boy o Boy do I RAGE :D

Imagine the pull i am getting in firing range and then THE PULLS i get in an actual WHERE THERE ARE ENEMIES EVERYWHERE. 

I have tried troubleshooting EVERYTHING came to my mind, and now i have nothing left to troubleshoot. 

it has literally become IMPOSSIBLE for me to play a game without these issues. EVERY GAME i get into i get this weird ping problem and on top of that i am unable to move freely. Please if anyone has any solution just help me out. And if you need more information please just hit me up.

My specs :

ryzen 7 5800x 3d

Rtx 3080ti FE

32gb 3600mzh ram

and i am playing with ps5 controller.

i doubt that my specs are causing this issue.
