I have not received the corresponding Apex Packs and Tokens

I play on PC.

Before the December 3 Patch, I was on level 32-33 more or less, and I passed to level 44-45 more or less (because the change in level progress).

Well, I didn't receive any Apex Pack or any legend token after this change, and not only that, also I didn't receive any Apex package or legend token at level 46 and 48 (yes at 50 and 52).

To top it off, for some bug or something, people who have not logged in enough time and are doing so now are giving them 20 Apex Packs completely free and many legend tokens (which I not only have not received, if not the ones I should have taken away from me). All this I have confirmed by entering my PS4 account in which I had not entered for a while, and I have actually received many tokens and Apex Packs simply by logging in (many more than I have achieved playing on PC quite a bit and having the battle pass purchased).

The truth is that it is quite frustrating to devote enough time to an online game and even pay for the battle pass, to see how your progress is lost and see what people who have neither played the game just nor paid have much more content than you.

I don't know if any of you can help me, but thanks in advance.

    I can see you at level 41 before the transition to the new system, but I do see level 45 after. Did you receive any packs at all, even 2 packs after a restart? Could someone have played on your account?

    From the logs it looks like you got packs at level 47 and 49, so you were getting them at odd levels, not even ones. Can you check after you get the next 2 levels, I want to check if there's an issue with our logging?

    Thank you for the info provided, it's been very helpful. Unfortunately I don't have a way to add packs, but I'll gather what info I can.

    It can't be from level 41 to 45, i don't remember so well, sorry.

    No, I didn't get any pack after the update and I would say I didn't get any pack also to level 47 and 49.

    The first pack I received was in level 50 and later in level 52, it's like now works fine.

    Now, I'm in level 53, I can tell you if I get pack when I level up to 54, but I would say I will get I guess.

    Ok, a few hours ago I went up to level 54 and actually I got an Apex pack.

    I get boxes in pair levels, feel like the change of experience system breaks down with pair and impair levels or something and the log shows I got packs in impair levels like 47 and 49 when it's not true.

    EDIT: I came to level 56 and I got a pack once again.

    I haven’t received my apex packs and legend tokens after the December 3 patch and I’m lv 35. All my friends had received it long ago and they haven’t been on the game in months
