i lost my account after years of not playing apex. help needed

ill make it short. on aug 2019, i registered an account named RaptorChai and played on that game for years using that account.  and then when i reinstalled apex again on 2024 (its a comeback thing) ...

for reference: ive been using the same email on that account. when apex asked for registering an account, i used the same email. how cooked am i? am i not able to recover that old account back?
