I lost my xbox account progress because I played on a switch
I had a switch at one point in time so I tried it on there and now my xbox account is back to lvl 6 with nothing is there anyway to get my stuff back

I was told if the accounts merged that the account with the highest lvl everything would transfer to yet everything is gone is there a way to fix it and get my stuff back or should I just quit
