I need to be treated fairly
I spent a lot of time and money on AEPX. Just because I went to the Internet cafe to play games, the first one was not over before I was banned. I re-logged in to a friend's account, but it was also blocked without playing a few games. I asked EA customer service for help, hoping to give me a satisfactory answer, as a player who has always followed the rules, I do not understand why I received so much malicious. I asked for help twice, but still didn't get my account unblocked. I can't accept being punished for something I didn't do, how much I care about my account, and for a player who loves APEX to invest a lot of time and money just to not follow the rules, that's obviously not possible. If you cannot return my account to me, please return all the money I spent to me. I will not accept any punishment for me without reason and evidence, nor will I accept that my money and account are wasted. Below is a record of all my game recharge. From last year to now, I have always followed the rules, and I just like to collect beautiful skin, do I need to break the rules? If you can't return the account number to me, please return all the money spent to me.

While I understand your frustration, unfortunately we're not able to help with bans here on the forums. I understand that you've already made multiple ban disputes, but I can only direct you back to our terms of service team to make another:

They're the only team that can help get accounts unbanned.
