I need to be treated fairly

I spent a lot of time and money on AEPX. Just because I went to the Internet cafe to play games, the first one was not over before I was banned. I re-logged in to a friend's account, but it was also blocked without playing a few games. I asked EA customer service for help, hoping to give me a satisfactory answer, as a player who has always followed the rules, I do not understand why I received so much malicious. I asked for help twice, but still didn't get my account unblocked. I can't accept being punished for something I didn't do, how much I care about my account, and for a player who loves APEX to invest a lot of time and money just to not follow the rules, that's obviously not possible. If you cannot return my account to me, please return all the money I spent to me. I will not accept any punishment for me without reason and evidence, nor will I accept that my money and account are wasted. Below is a record of all my game recharge. From last year to now, I have always followed the rules, and I just like to collect beautiful skin, do I need to break the rules? If you can't return the account number to me, please return all the money spent to me.

  • @Monolohue  I can't confirm if this might have happened to you or not so I'm asking any CM's or anyone to correct me if I'm wrong.

    It could be possible that there was a Hardware ban on the computer or IP ban at the internet cafe you were at that could have caused your account to be banned.

    Just correct me if I'm wrong so I know. I'm not here to spread misinformation or cause trouble. I'm just trying to help.
