@EA_Kent Also, if I play on my alternate account, I’m able to reroll challenges with no problem. This seems to be an account specific situation (which so happens to be my main account.)

I’m getting the exact same issue after unlinking and linking accounts, haven’t got anywhere with support they think I’m more worried about the lost cosmetics but it’s just this re-roll situation that’s bothering me ☹️
- 4 years ago@Dann459 Yeah man, this has been an issue for like 6-8 months for me. No solution at the moment. It seems to be a rare error code because when I search for it on Google, very few results come up. On my Smurf account, everything works fine so it’s definitely a profile issue. They DID delete all my cosmetics at some point and I’m a day 1 player. They didn’t really care though when I opened that particular ticket. Good luck!
