Lost account progress

PSN: Lord_Alcorta

I've been playing since season one, took a break and when I started playing again last season I was reset to level 1 (now at 7).

All my stats are tracked but my level is completely incorrect and won’t allow me to use my badges.

Please contact me to fix this.

  • Hello! @EA_Mako I have the same issue, my level progress was reset to 1 but my in game loot wasn’t affected luckily. Please let me know how can I send ticket number to you via DM.

    Hey @furiousfurioxo,

    It looks like your situation is a bit different. The EA account you're posting with is pretty new, only a few days old.

    Progress is stored at the EA account level, so you'd need to re-link your platforms to their original EA account(s) to try recovering anything you may be missing. This wouldn't be something we can assist with here, sorry.

    If you're unable to re-link the accounts on your end, you can try reaching back out to support to see if they're able to help re-link the original accounts.

  • @EA_Mako thank you for your answer. But it looks like you need to read carefully my issue. As I previously said I lost ONLY level progress my cosmetics and skins are fine lucky for me. So, support agent tried to tell that is my fault due to unlinking and they keep telling the false information about this issue. So, I will provide you proof that all support agent and you are wrong with your information. First of all, I was playing apex when my EA and PSN were linked. As I previously heard from support you can check when (date and time) my EA and PSN were linked. So, I have my receipts from PS Store and also if you know there are trophies system in PSN when you play the game you are getting some achievements in PSN. I can show you the date of my PSN achievements and receipts and you will see that my EA and PSN were linked while I was playing. Open me your DM please I will provide you all screenshots and receipts. Please, stop providing me false information like this unlinking issue.

    Hi @furiousfurioxo,

    I took another look and confirmed this EA account was created less than a week ago.

    If you played Apex prior to that, it would have been on an account linked to another EA account.

    There's no misinformation here, you'll need to locate and re-link to that original EA account if anything is missing.
  • Could you explain me why I lost only level progress but my skins are fine? If it was unlinking issue I should lost all content. Am I right?

    Hi @furiousfurioxo,

    That depends on the content and how it was acquired. The fact of the matter is this EA account is brand new, so we won't be able to help out if anything was lost when you re-linked the accounts here.

    You would need to locate the original account and re-link them there to try recovering anything that's missing, including level progress.

    Any additional information wouldn't change the date this EA account was created, so you'll need to try resolving the situation by locating and re-linking to that original EA account.

    Hi @furiousfurioxo,

    As mentioned before and via DM, the issue here is that you're using a new EA account. There's nothing we can do to recover data from a separate EA account.

    The only way to proceed here would be to try recovering your old EA account.

    This is not something we can assist with via the forums, so I'll be locking the thread here.
