Lost al my data

You shouldn't lose your progress when switching laptops/PCs.
Are you positive you logged on to the right account?

I am logged into the right account same EA account and before I was playing on origin but I think I lost my data cuz I switched to the ea app? And I'm sure I'm on the same account

Thanks for confirming, the EA App and Origin use the same data so that shouldn't be an issue.
Have you already tried to log out and in again?

Alright, so I tried signing out and back in and still on a brand new fresh account, no data, and EA didn't even show this cloud data thing that it used to do before in origin 

BTW I think that cloud save data is not enabled? Because I think cloud data server has all my data but it's not uploading to apex legends.
