Lost all progress on the game
Went to log into Apex legends it promptly asked me to log into my EA account. Something I don’t ever remember doing ever since I started playing since season one. After logging in, realized I have lost everything and was reset back to level one can someone please tell me how to get all my stuff back almost 8 years of stuff going all the money I’ve spent on this game gone.

Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset after you logged into your EA account. Usually when this happens, it's due to linking whichever platform you play on to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
It looks like that's what happened here as the EA account you're posting with is essentially brand new, so it wouldn't have any progress. To try recovering your progress, you would need to re-link your PSN to whichever EA account it was connected to previously. That's where your progress would be rather than this new account.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
