Lost Data

I recently re installed apex on steam just to find out when i loaded back in i lost all my levels and my 2 heirlooms and everything i own. Just wondering if anyone knows what has happened.

    Twityo​ Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account.

    This means:

    • You would need to log into the same EA Account you had used to play Apex before in the past.
    • If you play on a platform account, (such as Steam, Xbox, etc.), it must still be connected to your EA Account, (and also that platform account must not had been unlinked before in the past, as unlinking your platform accounts can cause a loss of Apex progress and data).


    Note: It is not possible to transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress and data as that is tied to your EA Account, (so if you had unlinked your platform account from one EA Account to then link it to another EA Account, that would be why your Apex progress and data is missing as the second EA Account doesn't have any Apex progress and data associated with it).
