my account was recently hacking into, i managed to re-access it but loads of my in-game currency was either spent or missing.

You'll need to contact support directly to see what they're able to assist with when it comes to recovering an account.

i have contacted support through a live chat about this, he said i would need to contact a someone who manages apex accounts and not someone who just assists with it so he gave me a link to this and said i needed to put my problem out to ea. there must be someone who can help me out as i’ve previously spent a lot of money on the game so i don’t appreciate my currency’s not being added back into my account.

Unfortunately we cannot make any changes via the forums. I'm not sure why you were directed here for that, apologies.
Only the support team is able to help recover an account. You're welcome to resume a case here to have them take another look, but if they've reviewed this and aren't able to make any additional restorations I'm afraid there wouldn't be anything we could do here to change that.
yeh i thought so, the problem is that i can’t go into a live chat when i click on hacked account or lost progress so i’m not sure what to do. ea can’t just let you spend money and then not let you get your currency’s for it surely?
