Serriosly this is really annoying to lose ranking point becasuse of server issue!!!!
In the beginning of Apex ranked play there was no penalty for such dissconnects it's time for you developer to concider to stop this.
The easy way is to once again put penalty on hold until you fix this issue tat many players have.
It seems this issue is comimg back every time you make a new patch... Is some of the staff making the work on old programming so you constantly get this * back over and over again?
Why do I get an abandon penalty when it's your servers fault for disconnecting me?
Why can't it distinguish between people leaving on their own vs. the failures of your own servers/updates/general game issues?
The players should not be punished because of your inability to let us connect to matches. I shouldn't lose RP or have to wait 10 minutes just because you they couldn't make the game work as it should.
It makes it very frustrating on top of everything else that's going wrong.Has happened to me 3 times… I’ve tried to play 3 games.
I just got kicked from two games because of the servers, losing 144 rp.
It would load up my party and then freeze once I was seeing the "Your Squad" screen. Then I would get a ban after waiting over ten minutes for the screen to change. My internet connection is great, I'm just curious if I'm out of luck or if there will be reimbursement.
My platform is Xbox, I logged in about 5:40pm. Attempted to play two matches, got kicked from both.
- @Keeeeeeeeeen10 I had the same thing on PS4. Tried to join a game. It crashed pre champion select. Then couldn’t join game and hit with 72 point fine (twice). Server errors coming up as cloud, net and leaf. This NEEDS to be fixed urgently.
More than 1 day and still broken.
Known error. Game now freezes sometimes on 'Your Squad' screen. You have to close the game and reopen, and even then you are stick stuck.
I did manage to get back into a game after this last night but I was last man standing in my squad and lasted four seconds,
I am avoiding Ranked until this is fixed.
I find it weird that an update breaks things that didn't need fixing.
so not sure whats going on but since this latest patch dropped it seems all but impossible to get into a game or get into a full game. half my arena games are 1-4 people missing. was in a 1 v 1 match in arenas cause the others game froze/network connection died. i dont know what you guys did this last patch but half the time in battle royal i load into a dimmed loading screen that never goes into the game of code:net error out. i understand that servers are expensive and difficult to manage but this is the worst i think ive seen it since the season 8/9 launch.
I honestly thought this issue would've been fixed by now in SEASON 10 update.
I'm still getting match Abandon Penalties in normal ARENAS after the game crashes.
PLEASE DO PROPER EXCEPTION HANDLING for the Correct Exception codes when YOUR GAME CLIENT CRASHES..... STOP PENALIZING ME FOR YOUR ERRORS!!!

Why am I getting banned for the server crashing? Just lost diamond 3 for this reason, if its a consistent problem add a way to show proof to reverse things like this. Kinda stupid i log in and get a 10 min ban right away. Internet is just fine btw.

Server issues result in the lose of RP... No one has time for this after working the entire day to just sit at loading screens for a hour straight...

I was playing PUB match and saw this... Seriously You Devs can't just update Your game without breaking stuff? What about QA? What about automatic tests? Guess You are not getting the money from loot boxes and skins - only EA get those...
So lately after the latest update, my game has been unexpectedly freezing when loading, one, it freezes and I have to reset or two it freezes and I have to forcefully close the app, and not only that, it has done this 7 times now, not when playing but when loading, it happened once while playing and that was while landing, why is this happening? I am going to uninstall and reinstall but so far nothing has worked, even resetting my computer nor internet has worked so far so we'll see
Thank you for disconnecting me from a ranked match before I was even able to load in so that I would not only be barred from playing the game I waited several minutes to join, but that I would also receive an abandonment penalty for something that was your fault to begin with, resulting in me not being able to play ANY game mode for ten more minutes.
@SugaryJuicePenalties should be completely removed from the game except for cases where a player purposely holds the button to leave the game early (like I just did) I chose to take the penalty because I was tired of being 1 clipped by Sheila lmao
a leaver penalty isn’t a penalty at all... ya im unable to play for 10 minutes but if your somebody in my shoes where I took the penalty on purpose because I wanted to go onto another game.... its not a penalty at all because I won’t be back for a few hours anyways so basically what Im getting at is penalties punish everyone except the players who actually deserve a penalty... so remove them from the game and quit punishing players for being disconnected by your terrible servers and just take away any xp, kills, damage, bp progress, badge, etc a player earned during that game instead
another example is in Arenas... you are trapped in games with disconnected or AFK Teammates all the time but instead of the inactive/AFK teammates being penalized... all you are doing is penalizing your innocent players by not allowing them to leave the game early and forcing them to play in a miserable 2v3 match... at least give players an option to Surrender...
Every bloody game it freezes and disconnects. Losing DOUBLE ranked points because of it! This issue NEEDS to be fixed asap because it's just unacceptable and sloppy. The game will be run into the ground because of this and I don't want to see this happen...
